SHIPPING OF CUSTOM SERVICE ITEMSCustom items such as Nameplate, Numberplate Crest work, and Embroidered logos or names have a 14 day turn-round before they are completed and available to ship from us. Holidays do not count as days towards the turn-around time. Your order will ship complete all at once when those services are completed. Choosing UPS1DAY, UPS2DAY, or UPS3DAY will not make the turn-around time any shorter or faster for custom items. If your order contains in-stock and custom items and you need to use one of those services you may want to consider placing a second order for your custom items so they will not delay your in-stock items from shipping when using UPS1DAY, UPS2DAY, and UPS3DAY services.
SHIPPING TURN-AROUND FOR YOUR ORDER
Orders ship from us the following business day from when they are placed. Orders placed on Friday will ship from us on Monday and orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will ship from us on Monday. Please keep this in mind when selecting UPS1DAY, UPS2DAY, and UPS3DAY shipping. Packages will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, and they do not count as a day in-transit. Please give us a call at 888 806 7337 if you need to verify days in transit for expedited orders. Larger or heavier items such as wheel bags or USA Hockey score sheets will include additional shipping costs depending on volume ordered.
