How do I return an item?

Internet and Phone Returns Accepted:

Once you have received a product and you do not want it for any reason, please send it back to us for a refund or an exchange.

Simply return the product with a copy of the original invoice and identify what products are being returned and whether you want to 1) Exchange for a different item or size 2) Refund

  • Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours (most are re-shipped the same day!).
  • Custom nameplate work or sweaters with custom plates or crests sewn on are not available for return or refund.
  • Used or altered items are not available for return.
  • Items with custom embroidered names such as jackets, pants or bags are not available for return.
  • We have a money back guarantee for all items returned unused within 30 days of shipment.
  • All items are guaranteed by each applicable manufacturer.
  • If an item is defective after use, The Officials Wearhouse will repair or replace the item after inspection.
  • Our inspection department must see the item before any decision can be made.
  • All shortage must be reported upon receipt of the goods via email at Sales@OfficialsWearhouse.com
  • Freight and Handling charges are non-refundable. If you have purchased over $200.00 and received free shipping but do not wish to keep the product you ordered, the freight charges will be deducted from total upon returning the item.
